Bradley Murchison was honored to be a sponsor the 2022 Oilmen’s Golf Tournament, an event held annually at East River Country Club in Shreveport under the direction of the Ark-La-Tex Oilmen’s Golf Association. Established in 1945, Ark-La-Tex Oilmen’s Golf Association overseesnthis the oldest oilmen’s tournament in existence. The formation of the Oilmen’s Golf Tournament came about through the Oil Men’s Petroleum League in 1946 to benefit deserving college students who have expressed a potential interest in pursuing a career in the oil and gas industry and to provide financial support through scholarships. The 3-day invitational golf tournament is considered one of the finest and most well attended events in our industry, attracting participants and attendees from all over the country.
