Firm Member Stephen C. Fortson was elected to the 2020-2021 Board of Directors of North Louisiana Economic Partnership (NLEP). NLEP provides professional economic development services to 14 parishes in North Louisiana. They represent the interests of the region as a unified voice and a single point of contact; acting as a catalyst, a convener, and a connector in the region to ensure that North Louisiana’s economic development potential is realized. NLEP encourages an active board culture, participation and involvement in economic development. NLEP is governed by its Board of Directors, who are elected annually by its investors.
Stephen’s practice focuses on the areas of Energy & Natural Resources, General Corporate Representation, Commercial & Business Litigation, Oil, Gas & Energy Litigation and Oil & Gas Business Transactions and Operations, Project Management, Construction & Litigation, and Chemicals and Petrochemicals.
