Bradley Murchison is pleased to announce that firm associates David Adams, Brittanie Carpenter, and Matthew Lee have been named as Members of the firm, effective January 1, 2023. The Firm congratulates David, Brittanie, and Matthew on this achievement and is confident of their continued success.

 
David primarily represents healthcare providers in defending medical malpractice and professional liability claims, both before medical review panels and in subsequent litigation. He defends businesses, insurers, and insureds in a wide range of casualty and personal injury claims and provides coverage advice. David also represents and advises emerging businesses in general business issues.

 
David received his Juris Doctor of Civil Law, summa cum laude, from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. He works in our New Orleans office.

 
Brittanie works with oil and gas companies on title work, as well as with medium and large companies on the development and implementation of contracts and employment best practices, policies, and handbooks. She represents employees and employers in employment matters related to wages, discrimination, and harassment. Brittanie also represents large insurance companies in SIU investigations and litigation related to insurance fraud and defense.

 
Brittanie received her Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law, magna cum laude, from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. She works in our Shreveport office.

 
Matthew represents oil and gas companies in various capacities. He has worked on title examinations and related issues, litigation of landowner and royalty owner disputes, matters involving gas contracts and mineral leases, and disputes concerning environmental damages to property. He has also worked in insurance defense litigation, and trademark and copyright filings.

 
Matthew received his Juris Doctor and Doctor of Civil Law, magna cum laude, from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert law Center. He works in the firm’s Shreveport office.
