Natalie Taylor handles a wide range of legal issues for clients, including real estate, corporate formations and reorganizations, joint venture arrangements, corporate governance, commercial lending and compliance issues. She also represents clients in the formation and negotiation of commercial agreements and natural gas contracts, including master services agreements for pipeline construction and related services. In addition, Natalie has experience in handling land acquisitions, oil and gas title examinations, and real estate closings.
Natalie also has experience in commercial litigation, including environmental litigation, and casualty litigation, including product defense and professional liability.
Represented an international client in site location and acquisition, permitting, company start-up, and contract negotiations for a $1.85 billion world-class methanol production facility.
Represented a corporate client in the formation of a complex joint venture arrangement involving a $253 million equity investment in the client’s greenfield project.
