Marie Vanderlick has a broad based practice representing major and independent energy companies in title examination. Particularly, she has extensive experience rendering preliminary drill site title opinions, division order title opinions, and preparing due diligence reports, acts of conveyance, assignment, lease and sublease, and overriding royalty interest.
Marie also offers experience in general estate planning matters including trusts, wills, probate, powers of attorney, and associated documents. Marie works with financial advisors, CPAs, and insurance agents in order to develop a comprehensive plan to satisfy her clients’ estate planning needs.
Additionally, Marie has experience handling a variety of commercial issues for her clients including corporate formations, mergers, and dissolutions.
