About Lorraine P. McInnis

Lorraine McInnis is a native New Orleanian. She earned her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and her law degree from Loyola Law School in New Orleans. Lorraine was admitted to practice law in Louisiana in 1991, and in Mississippi in 2001. She is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Louisiana and Mississippi.

 

Lorraine practices primarily in the health care field, representing a cross-section of health care professionals, including individual providers, hospitals, nursing homes, and rehab facilities, in medical malpractice claims, EMTALA disputes, and premises liability claims. She is also a trained mediator.

 

Lorraine’s clients can expect a thorough and vigorous defense at both the pre-litigation administrative medical review panel phase and throughout the civil lawsuit claim process. Maintaining client involvement and input results in cost-effective claims resolution and positive outcomes for her clients.
