Jordan joined Bradley Murchison’s Baton Rouge office in 2023 and primarily focuses on oil & gas title work. Previously, he worked as a Title Attorney assisting both residential and commercial clients including work with government relief projects and Restore Louisiana flood relief program, issuing title opinions for properties affected by flood. Jordan has experience with federal and state disaster relief programs, including statewide grant and property buyout programs. He is well versed in HUD regulations, most notably the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Act, which applies to federally funded programs. Prior to attending law school, Jordan gained extensive experience working as a Landman in the oil & gas industry where he learned title and leasing principles in Louisiana, as well as Texas, Oklahoma, and Colorado.
