About Brittanie

Brittanie Wagnon Carpenter works with oil and gas companies on title work. She works with companies on the development and implementation of contracts and employment best practices, policies, and handbooks. She has represented both employees and employers in various employment matters related to wages, discrimination, and harassment. Brittanie also represents large insurance companies in their SIU investigations related to insurance fraud and insurance defense.

 

In law school, Brittanie served as Research Assistant to Interim Dean William Corbett in employment law and Teaching Assistant to Professor Alain Levasseur for obligations. Prior to joining Bradley Murchison, she practiced employment law, insurance defense, and general litigation at a large law firm in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
