Brittanie Wagnon Carpenter works with oil and gas companies on title work, as well as medium and large companies on the development and implementation of contracts and employment best practices, policies, and handbooks. She has represented both employees and employers in various employment matters related to wages, discrimination, and harassment. Brittanie also represents large insurance companies in their SIU investigations related to insurance fraud and insurance defense.
Brittanie interned in law school at Baker Donelson in Baton Rouge and Liskow and Lewis in Lafayette. She also served as Research Assistant to Interim Dean William Corbett and Teaching Assistant to Professor Alain Levasseur. Prior to joining Bradley Murchison, she practiced employment law, insurance defense, and general litigation at Stockwell, Sievert, Vicellio, Clements, and Shaddock in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
